FortiSOAR RDK Onchange Event Issue with Related Input Fields Display

Issue has been detected in the FortiSOAR RDK (Rapid Development Kit) pertaining to the Onchange event and the associated input fields' display behavior. Particularly, when triggering the Onchange event for certain parameters, such as 'Without a User - Application Permission', the expected behavior of enabling the server URL textbox is not observed.
