Figuring out if within business hours for a customer

Hi all, 

 

Does anyone care to share how they figure out if it is within business hours for a customer?

Looking into various ways we can improve this. 

 

We currently utilising an entry on the Tenant (with equivalent datetimes specified) and have a scheduled playbook with various decision steps to raise or remove a flag if within business hours of the specific customer.
