FSR Installation on Rocky Linux 9.6 Fails

Tried to install FSR 7.6.2 on Rocky Linux 9.6 on a Azure VM and getting the below error:

Do you want to proceed with the installation? (yes/no): yes
Rocky Linux $releasever - BaseOS                                                                                                        6.3 kB/s |  26 kB     00:04
ERROR: Failed to install tar package.
       Please install tar package manually and re-run the script.

Appreciate if you can provide a quick resolution.

Found the solution:
Installing tar explicitly with releasever resolved the issue

dnf install -y tar --releasever=9
