Error: Unable to load API credentials from cache or DAS

Hi @Community ,

I am encountering the following error while executing a playbook on SOAR. Please find the attached screenshots for reference.

If you have any suggestions or insights regarding this issue, please let us know.

Hello @ranjeet 
Please refer to this article and check whether the cert is valid.

Do not renew if it has not expired.

Tried checking the certification but looks like this is not the issue, attaching the screenshot

Thanks @Ranjith 

All the services are running? # csadm services --status

Try restarting it once # csadm services --restart

if still an issue, please open a support ticket and share the logs.

Hi @jankit6 ,

I have restarted and rebooted the machine, but I am still facing the same issue, even though all services are running fine.
