Problem it Solves
Imagine you're generating a rich text or HTML table dynamically during a playbook or automation process. In scenarios where:
You don’t want to save the content to a FortiSOAR record, and
You just need to send the result as a PDF attachment via email
—this connector offers a seamless solution.
What This Connector Does
This connector enables you to:
Pass the rich text, HTML, or plain text content to the connector along with the recipient details.
Automatically convert the content into a PDF file.
Email the PDF as an attachment — with no need to store it in any FortiSOAR record or in local system
How It Works
Generate or prepare your code output in rich text or HTML.
Pass the content, email recipient, Body and .Subject
The connector converts the content to a PDF.
An email is sent with the PDF attached — done!
This is especially useful for:
Automated incident summaries
Custom reports from playbooks
Alert content with tables or styled text
Sharing data outside FortiSOAR securely
