In response to a recent client requirement involving Google Workspace integration, I have developed a custom connector that includes the following actions:
I am sharing this here in case someone else has a similar requirement and may benefit from this solution.
Prerequisites
Before using the connector, ensure the following dependencies are installed. Run this command on the FortiSOAR server CLI:
sudo -u fsr-integrations /opt/cyops-integrations/.env/bin/pip install google-api-python-client
Service Account Setup
One of the main challenges during development was setting up the Google Service Account.
Please refer to the attached documentation for detailed steps on creating the required service account and enabling the necessary APIs.
Connector Configuration
When configuring the connector:
Paste the entire JSON content of the Google Service Account key into the Password field.
This will allow the connector to authenticate and function as expected.
