Hi, I haven't tried it myself, but have you looked at https://community.fortinet.com/t5/Cybersecurity-Forum/Community-license/m-p/237605 ?
Hi @RamboV , you can self host a community (Trial) instance by following the instructions here. https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortisoar/7.6.2/deployment-guide/158469/deploying-fortisoar#Insta...
After you setup the instance, it will ask you if you want to activate the Trial.

If you don't want to setup Rocky linux yourself, you can instead use something like AWS and launch the FortiSOAR pre built image there. After that's deployed, you can activate the Trial there as well.

I also want to point out though that in order to build a connector, you can actually do all of the development and testing right from PyCharm. We have a connector RDK plugin there you can use to do everything locally. Instructions for that are here - https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortisoar/3.0.0/fortisoar-rapid-development-kit/841/fortisoar-rap...
