Cannot pull new image. (web proxy for Fortisoar docker)

Hi,

Again the problem with Proxy for another service on Fortianalyzer

When going to install FortiSoar on FortiAnalyzer (going to download the container) it says cannot pull new image which I think that is because the Analyzer does not have direct Internet connection.

Is there anyway to tell the appliance to download and install these extensions through a web proxy or maybe download them manually and add to Analyzer

The problem might be related to the docker extension enabled on your FAZ or port blocked in firewall .

When the FortiSOAR extension is enabled, public servers are contacted independently of the FAZ configuration. In standalone FortiSOAR, this can be changed under /etc/ntp.conf .
