The error message occurs when trying to upload a FortiSIEM license to FortiSIEM Manager instead of FortiSIEM (Supervisor).
Although FortiSIEM and FortiSIEM Manager can be installed using the same firmware image, a separate license is required for reach.
To avoid this problem, make sure to select Supervisor and not FortiSIEM Manager while installing FortiSIEM using the configFSM.sh script.
If FortiSIEM Manager was selected by mistake, re-install FortiSIEM on a new VM or perform a Factory Reset for hardware appliances. |
