This article describes how to solve the error 'No Collector available. Add a collector first when trying to create a Template Associations on the GUI under Admin -> Setup -> Windows Agent / Linux Agent -> Host to Template Associations.

| Solution |
Since agents forward events to FortiSIEM through Collectors via HTTPS, at least one Collector must be available even for an All-in-one deployment. If multiple Collectors are selected, the system randomly chooses one to upload events. If the selected Collector is unavailable or unresponsive, another Collector from the list is chosen.
To ensure proper functionality from agents, a Collector node must be deployed and registered with the Supervisor node.
