Technical Tip: How to enable flash UI after FortiSIEM v5.0.1 upgrade

Description

This article describes the process to enable the flash user interface after the v5.0.1 upgrade.

Scope

FortiSIEM.

Solution

Here is the step-by-step guide: 

1. Access the Super via SSH, log in as the ‘root’ user. 
2. Open phoenix_config.txt and enable the flash UI by setting the parameter as TRUE for ‘Enable_Flex_UI’.

cd /opt/phoenix/config/

vi phoenix_config.txt

Search in the text editor for the line – ‘Enable_Flex_UI’. 

Change the line from ‘Enable_Flex_UI=false’ to ‘Enable_Flex_UI=true’.

Enable_Flex_UI=true

3. Test the flash user interface by accessing the super flash UI: https://<super.ip> /phoenix/login.jsf.
