Technical Tip: How to configure HTML in FortiSIEM Email notifications

Description This article describes how to enable and configure HTML in FortiSIEM Email notifications.
Scope FortiSIEM.
Solution
  1. At FortiSIEM GUI -> Admin -> Settings -> Email -> Incident Email Template -> New/Edit -> Enable 'HTML Tag ?'.

  2. Next, place the HTML code under the Email Body -> Preview -> Save.

  1. Next, configure the Notification Policy to send emails using the configured Email Template.

     

    Sample output:
