This article will provide steps on how to restore the cmdb if you have a backup of it.

Steps

In case the database files get corrupt, restore as follows

1. go to /data/archive/cmdb on AccelOps
2. Copy the latest phoenixdb_<timestamp> file to a location (say "/tmp") on AccelOps
3. Go to /opt/phoenix/deployment
4. Run "db_restore.sh /tmp/phoenixdb_<timestamp>"
5. service postgresql restart
