websites are not opening in first attempt

Dear All,

I have been facing issue to open websites in first attempt. As far as i know its having issue in DNS resolving.

everything was working fine. but from few days this issue is coming even i didn't change any policy.

Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue.

I have fortigate 80E

V 7.0.9 build0444(mature)

Dear These DNS i am using. DNS 3 and 4 is Etisalat DNS in UAE

DNS Service on Interface and mode should be recursive

Install DNS services and it will find you on below of dns option. then add your lan and other vlans(if you have) in recursive mode then your issue will solve.

I am new in firewall and i dont know how i can install this dns services. i can not see any option.

system> feature visibility> dns database> enable it then in network you can find the DNS servers where you can click on add interface with recursive option.
