I want to install the agent V 5 to server operating with windows server 2008 R2 and the our Fortisiem Version is 7

we are facing the issue as you see blow and communication with the super server is allowed

I think the Cluster configuration setting overwrites the configuration of the Agent. I would suggest opening a TAC ticket for the team to provide guidance on the matter. 

What you are describing above is not the expected behaviour of the system. I have performed proxy configurations in the past and direct communication with the Supervisor is not required.

Because I was not using HA mode, removing supervisor IP from cluster config fixed the issue.

Mention only collector IP in cluser and keep supervisor blank :)

If configured correctly, then the Agent can be proxied through the Collector. All comms are over HTTPS 443. Have you got this sorted out?

yes got it sorted, in cluster config supervisor IP should be left blank if HA mode is not used.

So deleting supervisor IP fixed the issue.
