fail to get system process information(/opt/phoenix/log/node.js-charting.pid)

 Hello everyone, I have a problem now, my fortiSIEM system can't upload data at present, then I go to see the ERROR log through tail -f /opt/phoenix/log/phoenix.log, fm, and there is an error in the following figure, I want to ask anyone if anyone knows where the problem is? How can I troubleshoot or resolve errors?

Node.js-charting process is responsible for generating PDF charts in scheduled reports.
Please check if you are able to Run the Reports/Queries & Generate PDF Reports. If that's working fine , then these are False Positive & you can ignore it.

You can open a support ticket and engineer will review logs, then provide solution for it accordingly.
