collector add successfully but showing critical

hi 

my collector is registered with my supervisor successfully and showing reboot soon but its not reboot and also on the GUI shoing health cretical and not showing disk. i am trying to ping supervisor so its pinging . can anyone give solution. ?

Hi @Himanshu735,

Did you configure the cluster config correctly (admin settings)?

After registering, the Collector receives the IPs/FQDNs you entered in that setup and uses these instead of what you provided in the setup.

If they are unset, it uses the local ip addresses, which might not be reachable through NAT/internet - this would result in a behavior like you described.

If this is not the reason, I'd recommend re-running the connection-script. If this still doesn't work, it might be a case for TAC.
