Worker Upgrade Fail

Hello,

I have successfully upgraded Supervisor from 7.1.5 to 7.2.1 however using the same procedure with the worker didn't come with the same result:

Hi,

The error "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/images/fsm_prev_version'"  occurs if you are attempting upgrade from other directory.

Kindly copy the upgrade zip to /opt/upgrade and unzip the zip file and then run upgrade.
