Windows Agent Installation Issue

I get an error when the exe is run during windows agent installation. I confirmed my 443 permission and got this problem in windows 2012. Has anyone encountered this before?

What is the exact error you receive when running installation, do check the  agent log files:

Also verify the agent username, password and organization details.
