After a sudden shutdown of the supervisor VM, all the PH processes are DOWN, and the phtools commands fail to bring it up.
Below are some important SC, What should we do in order to bring the FSM UP again?

Look at the error (red): It reads "Product not registered".
First guess would be that the license period has ended and renewal is required.
