Service Account keeps locking on FortiSIEM 7.1.3 collector

Hello,

 

Trying to find out what logs to look at and if anyone else has had a fairly new collector upgrade to 7.1.3 and now when I go to Admin - Heath - Collector Health, highlight an organization / collector then I go to the upper right and select Current User activity , the Service account keeps locking.  I don't have access to the  collector just trying to give some advice to others

The actual issue is.  After upgrading to a 7.1.3 Collector version the Collector is connected but no  events sent.  The EventPackager is crashing and I am asking if this is issue with running yum to update libraries. Please Advise.  The error is low level SEGABRT after running  get-fsm-health.py -local of the EventPackager repeatedly. All the needed processes are up but not doing any work because of the crash.
