SIEM log Fetching to SOAR

I have been trying to get all the alerts of FortiSIEM in FortiSOAR, I have also successfully integrated SIEM with SOAR but still no alerts were seen in SOAR. Did I miss any steps? please help me.

I assume, you've got a paid subscription (in the demo, the number of actions are limited).

Which guide did you follow? Has the ingestion been successful and you configured it to run automatically?

yes it is a trial license. In data ingestion, while fetching the data I am getting 500 server error.
