SIEM: Report Generate Issue
Hi guys
I cannot print out the reports that I have created custom or default in Siem and therefore I cannot create a notification. Even if it covers a small content by making the last 15 minutes, the result does not change, the export result timeout. What can I do?

Hi, what version of FortiSIEM are you running? There was an issue that was fixed in 7.1.4

Firstly, i wanna thank you for reply. We've a 7.1.3 version of SIEM. Does fortinet's os-pkgs addresses are meant here as internet access? If this is the case, can we say that it accesses them if content update can be done?

The issue is unrelated to the content update or access to the OS repo's.
Suggest contacting TAC and mentioning this bug number just so they can verify it is the same issue and then provide steps.
