Reports are based on a single query (e.g. Blocked Traffic on Firewall). If you like a PDF that includes multiple of these individual queries in one document, you can use a Report Bundle: You create all the reports you want to include in that "folder" and edit the template an schedule for all of them at once (using these tiny small buttons above all the "folders").
I submitted a KB for that, as far as I remember, perhaps you'll find find some more info in the community - at least in the docs :)
