Currently most of credible threat feed sources are available only on paid and free version is limited or trail mainly for non-commercial purpose.  

There are many free Threatfeed sites which you can import by following below documentation:

We cannot provide a recommendation for third-party sources from Fortinet. It is essential for customers to evaluate these sources themselves.
