Q:- This is a screenshot from the Oracle MySQL DB, here there is no details about the user permission needed
Eg. read-only access or what is the user details?
Q2:- What is the database name as i cant see in the commands any datanase name just "general_log" Table?
Q3:- In case, I just need the security logs ONLY, am i still need the SNMP ?

The SNMP problem is removed with version 7.2.0 and there is no need for it anymore, but this time there is a problem with the logs. It is reported that this will be fixed with version 7.2.2.

For Oracle MySQL specifically, or no need at all.
