Looking for assistance in creating a login details for forticlient vpn

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, from wherever you may be seeing this. Please, I've tried, and tried, and tried to get my own username and password so I can be able to be using it to login to forticlient vpn, but I haven't been successful. FortiClient is a VPN Client ( IPsec/SSL ) that you can use to access your company resources by connecting to a FortiGate with whatever login details/credentials is configured with to use.
