Fortisiem SMTP Server policy ID

Hello everyone,

I encountered an issue while configuring FortiSIEM today. The setup was intended to automatically send email notifications when an event is triggered. However, I noticed that one or two of the event notifications failed to send, while the others were successful. Upon reviewing the logs, I found that the failed events show a specific Policy ID, as shown in the attached image. I would like to understand the meaning of this ID. I also checked the SMTP logs, which only show "waiting with no response," indicating that FortiSIEM might not be transmitting the data properly to the SMTP server. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I would appreciate it if you could help me identify the cause. Thank you!
