Fortisiem Analysts Setup

I recently upgraded our SIEM to version 7.2

During the setup for fortisiem analysts, I am unable to add the team's work schedule. I am also unable to set the team lead. Anybody solutions for this issues will be highly appreciated

Hello @ebudi,

On our system, everything works the way it should. Setting users' schedules and team lead status must be done in the user edit dialog on the first and third panel.

If clearing the browser cache does not render these options visible or they cannot be saved, I would recommend speaking to the TAC here.

Best,

Christian

Hi all,

We are having similar issues and also a few bugs creeped up during our testing as well. The options are not available on our front as well. I don't think this is an isolated event.

We have a ticket with TAC to investigate the issues.

Hi @sioannou

Did you get a solution for this issue?

Hi @ebudi ,

It looked like the issue was with local caching on the browser. We cleaned up the local browser cache and then created a new Folder under FortiSIEM Analysts in CMDB and then added the users to that folder.

As per the guide https://help.fortinet.com/fsiem/7-2-1/Online-Help/HTML5_Help/create-case-manually.htm Step 2.

Regards,

S
