FortiSIEM Worker Health critcial and some services are down

Hello,

I have configured worker node. But on Fortisiem its health is showing critical (no updates received). When I checked worker node phoenix.log I found that there were two issues:

1. Redis password issue - which we have resolved
2. PH_CLIENT_CURL_Error : we have tried debugging it but not able to resolve.

Could anyone guide me, how to resolve the issue. I am attaching the certain images for the reference.

Did the worker ever work and it stopped working now? Or are deploying a new worker and running into that issue?

Yes, your photos suggest an error in the internal user/password management - what did you do to resolve the redis-issue from your point of view in the first place?
