Version: FortiSIEM Collector 7.0.2
Description: My FortiSIEM Collector is unable to load correctly to the user login screen for unknown reasons. Are there any troubleshooting methods that can help me clarify the problem? After all, my FortiSIEM Supervisor environment is good.
Note: I am operating in an LAB environment, so I shut down the environment every day.

The first thing I'd try is booting in the recovery mode (where the password is the default one, as far as I remember). If you can boot it there, it should be enough to backup the main information you need and give you the possibility to have a look into the logs.
Setting up a collector again is not that time-consuming, so probably doing that might be a better solution than troubleshooting...
