Hi guys,
I changed the ip of the supervisor by entering configFSM.sh and it changed successfully. I entered the register command to register the collector to the new sup ip, but I get an error like this. Does anyone know the reason?
Hi @adem_netsys
configFSM.sh should update the Super IP in it's DB
You informed there are no clickhouse errors as well
I think the issue is on collector side - Can you check the value from this file and make sure it's pointing to the correct IP ?
cat /opt/phoenix/config/phoenix_super.txt
From collector - tail -f /opt/phoenix/log/phoenix.log
If collector is not able to upload the logs then it should show as an error from the above.
Thanks
Does anyone have previous experience with this? In the last case, I cannot change the worker's ip, it tries to go to the old ip of the supervisor, but I changed it in hosts and phoenix. Is there a sequence when doing this job, which component should be started first?
