FortiSIEM - Can we deploy fortisiem collector on physical machine

Can we install the fortisiem collector on a physical machine, without using virtualization techniques (vmware, hyperv ,kvm etc) and hardware appliance.

Unfortunately, I do not know any installation script that can run on a bare machine.

As every one of the releases is designed for a specific platform, I would assume that just copying the raw data from these images won't work well either.

Unfortunately, there is no more support for deploying Collector on BareMetal.
Collector image is only designed to be deploy on the designated virual machine.

If hardware and standalone is require then the FortiSIEM-500F machine is ready to be deployed.

Also I suggest use a windows box and deploy a collector using hyper-v (assuming it's still free with win pro) or some 3rd party KVM solution.
