Hi @Jesisidabuliu,

This could be a network issue. Knowing that there is an update and downloading it are two different locations. Also, SSL-inspection might interfere, if this is done between FSM and the update servers. I would recommend having a look at your firewall.

If the issue persists, best option would be a TAC ticket here.
