[FORTISIEM] WINDOWS Agent Disconnected

Hi Team,

I have installed windows agent in test server and that is working fine after doing all the troubleshooting.

 

But issue is that when I installed the agent in production server, all agents are showing disconnected.

I have researched a lot about this issue but not getting help. 

Version is 7.2.2

 

I have tested connectivity between agents and collector and supervisor.

Request you to please help in this situation. Thanks in advance.

Could you please help, when checked trace log getting below x.x.x.x is our supervisor IP

Hi Team,

 

Could anyone help me with above query I tried to install agent version 7.1.1 as well but its working on 2 servers but for remaining servers its still disconnected.

Hi Fortinet Community,

I’m still actively working with the customer and have already performed all possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unresolved. Any further guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
