Do fortisiem license also include NXLog agent as separate device?

Assume I have 50 network device license and 1000 Extra EPS after forwarding 50 network device logs.

Can this 1000 Extra EPS be utilised to install NXLog agent in windows PC and collect logs?

Each log source IP will be considered a device in the CMDB. Therefore, each nxLog agent sending events should appear as a device.
