Collector Upgrade Failed

Hello,

I have tried to test the Collector upgrade before going alive but here is the result:

What should I do to figure out the issue?

Note :

       upgarde from 7.1.5 to 7.2.1

Can your resolve collectors connect to

- os-pkgs-cdn.fortisiem.fortinet.com

- os-pkgs-r8.fortisiem.fortinet.com

on port 443?
Otherwise that could be the issue
