CMDB page is not functioning

FSM in v6.7.7 and CMDB page is not functioning (showing nothing/blank). It was working fine earlier and mostly like after importing LDAP users, CMDB page went blank. No CMDB Groups are showing and Devices numbers are all zeros.

Hi @RubaAkan1 ,

There is no quick fix for this and it involves investigation on your environment. I suggest you to contact Fortinet Support 

 

Open Chrome Browser > More Tools > Developer Tools > Network Inspection and Go to CMDB tab, Do you see any error here ?
