We installed NFS and communicated with Super. We saw that the data also went to the archive via GUI and storage, but when we want to search with archive in Analytics, it does not produce an output. What could be the reason?
Make sure you have no_root_squash on the NFS share option and that the permissions are correct; the files should be able to read and write to the NFS using the admin OS/Linux user on the FortiSIEM Super.
