Prior to following the documentation and managed to reboot to a fresh re-image of fortisiem version 7.4 of this version from fortinet site: FSM_Full_All_RAW_HARDWARE_7.4.0_build0435.zip
and following the documentation of this link: How to Re-image a FortiSIEM Appliance of ... - Fortinet Community
when running the commands
execute factoryreset
cannot stat '/op/phoenix/config/fsmroot/usr/local/bin/configFSM.sh' no such file or directory
cannot stat '/op/phoenix/config/fsmroot/usr/local/bin/configFSM.py' no such file or directory
cannot stat '/op/phoenix/config/fsmroot/usr/local/syslib/*' no such file or directory
cannot stat '/op/phoenix/config/fsmroot/usr/local/install/*' no such file or directory
However, i am able to run the normal configFSM.sh, etc.
But when test run setting up running etc, it kept saying like operation install_without_fips Failed with the error above and things like no such file or directory on /opt/phoenix/phscripts/bin/revtunnel-keygen.sh
Oh ya to highlight that this is a physical fortisiem 2000g series.
Any advice will be appreciated thanks.
Hi @JJSIM,
I only use vm deployments of FSM, so I am not sure if I can really help here.

Hi @Secusaurus
Thanks for sharing.
1. I manually type it out the script cli output, but ya it is opt/phoenix
2. I am under root at all times
But ya I think following back to the official documentation on Configuration | FortiSIEM 7.1.0 | Fortinet Document Library at the Factory Reset steps should work fine back to normal.
Prior to the How to Re-image a FortiSIEM Appliance of ... - Fortinet Community Might have some missing steps on the Reinstall FortiSIEM application portion.
As update to now after following the steps on the official documentation, currently it has all the existing essential folder and files when installing fortisiem.
