Description

This article describes how to resolve an issue where Thin Edge users are getting Captive Portal page after upgrading FortiSASE to 24.3.20.  

Scope

FortiSASE.

Solution

1. Thin Edge users receive the Captive Portal page when performing certain actions after upgrading to FortiSASE. Previously, this was not seen even without creating a Policy with 'Captive Portal Exempt'.

2. To fix this, add an Edge Policy with 'Captive Portal Exempt'.
