Users may encounter various issues with the FortiSASE GUI portal, such as slow loading times, configuration errors, or unresponsive features.
To begin troubleshooting, the first step is to use the FortiGate Support Tool extension in the Chrome browser to replicate the issue while running the Support tool to capture it.
The error could be anything related to the GUI.

These are some of the common issues related to the FortiSASE GUI, but not limited to these alone. When reproducing the issue or navigating to the specific page where the issue is occurring on the FortiSASE GUI, the Support Tool can be run to capture the output for further analysis.
Once the Support Tool is installed as a Chrome extension, the FortiSASE portal can be opened, and the screen can be captured as shown below:
Select the New Capture and then it will start capturing the FortiSASE GUI Screen.
Once the information is collected, it should be uploaded to the corresponding FortiCare support ticket for further analysis by Fortinet’s Support team.
