| Description | This article describes how to fix the error 'Failed to create a new hub.'. |
| Scope | FortiSASE. |
| Solution |
The reason for the below error message is subnet overlap:
If the BGP router ID subnet overlaps with the subnet used for the BGP peer IP, the error message will be displayed when creating a new hub.
The solution is to correct these settings by editing the subnet which should be unique values and not overlap.
