Description
This article describes an issue where the Bandwidth Monitor under the FortiSASE dashboard incorrectly displays 0bps for transmit and receive values, despite active traffic being present.
Scope
FortiSASE v25.2.56.
Solution
FortiSASE GUI -> Dashboard -> Status -> Bandwidth Monitor -> Internet Access (Shows 0bps).
Navigate to Dashboard -> Status -> Bandwidth Monitor -> Internet Access.
Generate traffic while connected to FortiSASE VPN. Notice that the transmission and the reception BPS remain at 0.
Private Access Bandwidth Monitor shows the correct value. The issue is only with the Internet Access Bandwidth Monitor.
In this case, non-zero values have been observed on both transmit and receive directions for security sites (for example, transmission to Singapore), which is considered unexpected behavior.
The issue has been reported with a known issue ID 1168623 and is fixed in v25.3.b.
