Description This article describes how to view traffic stats from the FortiSASE portal.

Solution

The below methods can be used to verify traffic to private destinations:

 

Option 1:

  • From Analytics -> Logs > Traffic by viewing either the All Internet and Private Access Traffic page or the Private Access Traffic page.

 Option 2:

  • From Dashboard -> FortiView -> Sources, Dashboard -> FortiView -> Destinations, or Dashboard -> FortiView -> Policies and put filtering on the private access destination IP address

 It is also possible to mention specific IPs to filter traffic for analysis:

  • Dashboard -> FortiView -> Sources, Dashboard -> FortiView -> Destinations, or Dashboard -> FortiView -> Policies pages, filtered on the private access destination IP address 

It is also possible to use the asset map feature to view hub status located in different geographical locations:

  • Network -> Asset Map page in the FortiSASE portal.

To view and troubleshoot remote user connectivity issues with SaaS applications, use below steps:

  •  Digital Experience Monitoring widget to Dashboards -> Status.

 To view VPN users we can use below steps:

  • Dashboards -> Users & Devices -> VPN Monitor.
