| Solution |
If the Endpoint connects to FortiSASE VPN option is enabled as 'Automatically', there would be no way for the user to choose what VPN to connect to. Due to this, the choice for adding additional VPNs is not being presented and users will connect automatically with the default VPN connection.
Change Endpoint connects to FortiSASE VPN to 'Manually' to see the option 'VPNs available to users'.
