Solution
EMS is one of the backend components in FortiSASE, and FortiClient uses a telemetry connection for management purposes.
Below is a use case where a telemetry connection failed due to a DNS resolution issue, as identified using the FortiClient 'Diagnostic Tool' output.
Once downloaded, navigate to the below directory and open the file 'FortiESNAC_1.log'.
