| Description | This article describes an issue where the Current Proxy Session widget on the FortiProxy GUI displays zero, despite the presence of proxy sessions in FortiView. It provides a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. |
| Scope | FortiProxy. |
| Solution |
The Current Proxy Session widget on the FortiProxy GUI shows concurrent proxied sessions that are processed by UTM profile. If the proxy policy does not have UTM profile, the widget will show a session count of zero.
For example, if the proxy policy does not have a UTM profile enabled, the Current Proxy Session widget will show 0 sessions even though there are proxy sessions that match the policy listed in FortiProxy FortiView.
Once the UTM profile (i.e. AV profile) is enabled in the proxy policy, Current Proxy Session widget shows the number of concurrent proxied sessions accordingly.
