Troubleshooting Tip: FortiProxy 'Send files to FortiSandbox' option is not visible in Antivirus security profile

Description	This article describes how to enable the Send files to FortiSandbox for inspection option in the antivirus security profile.
Scope	FortiProxy 7.2.x or above.
Solution	By default, this feature is disabled, meaning it is not possible to send the files to FortiSandbox for a verdict, as shown below: Even after having the FortiSandbox license activated and updated, the FortiProxy still shows 'Require a FortiSandbox Cloud entitlement'.  Solution:  Once FortiSandbox Cloud licenses are purchased and activated, follow the procedure below to enable the FortiSandbox file inspection in FortiProxy.  Enable the FortiSandbox cloud feature visible in GUI with the following command: config system global set gui-fortigate-cloud-sandbox enable end Activate the FortiSandbox connection by running the following command: execute forticloud-sandbox region     0 Europe     1 Global     2 US     3 Japan     Please select cloud sandbox region[0-3]:0     Cloud sandbox region is selected: Europe After enabling these commands, it will be possible to send the file to FortiSandbox for inspection.  Note: The feature to send files to FortiSandbox for inspection is not available in 7.0.X version.
