Troubleshooting Tip: Email Service not visible in the GUI

Description	This article provides a workaround for the behavior where Email Service cannot be configured through the GUI.
Scope	FortiProxy 7.0.x, FortiProxy 7.2.x.
Solution	In the GUI under System -> Settings, the mail settings are not displayed. However the settings can be adjusted in the CLI. config system email-server     set server "notification.fortinet.net"     set port 465     set security smtps end The resolution for the identified issue, referenced as known issue 1054552, has been addressed and fixed. The solution for it is to upgrade to FortiProxy 7.4.6 and later versions.
